Hi,
I encrypt the folder and its subfolder in windows explorer. but I forgot to decrypt it before I re-install (new) windows 2000. Now the new windows 2000 does not read the encrypted files because the folder sees the new windows 2000 as another computer.
How can I decrypt or read the encrypted file? Please help.
Note: the old windows 2000 is wite-out by the new one.
