Help: VCR Tape -> CD conversion

Hi there,
I want to convert a 2-hour VHS tape into a CD, in a format of DVD, DIVX or something people in China can play.
I am looking for someone who likes to do the conversion for me (not the technical knowhows to do it). Will pay the service.
