I cannot open the Microsoft Outlook, and below is the reason, can anyone let me know what is going on in my computer?

Unable to start processing services. The .DLL file for the information service could not be found. MAPL was unable to load the information service PSTPRX.DLL. Be sure the service is correctly installed and configured.
