1. It is a house near the Bayview station(8 mins walk to Otrain, 86,87,95,97 and so on). 10 mins to 168 market by walk.
2. All included (Utilities, phone, tv cable and high speed Interent). Basic furnitures in the room(one sigle bed, two tables,one chair and one tv).
3. 350/month.
You will share the 2th floor with a local male. He is a professional and very nice. Non-smoker, professional or student is prefered.
