Your ZR70 is already a MiniDV camcorder which means the video is already digitalized.
I don't think you need any software to get your video data out of your miniDV camcorder.
Use the DV software come with the your ZR70 to download your video to PC.
Then probably you can download some other software to edit it and then convert it to VCD or DVD format.
