I have a room availabe for August. But it is only available for one month. My suggestion for you is that you can live in our place for a month. From sept, my friends who are a couple r gonna rent a one bedroom, and they r renting out their living room for long-term concern. Our place is right there near OC transpo and 10 mins walk to OU and 15 mins bus ride to CU. Their bid is $300 per month, and price negotiable.
