The School of Computer Science is proud to announce an agreement with Microsoft Canada for direct student software download of many Microsoft products ( XP, .Net, Visio, etc). Carleton University is the first university in Canada that will offer this program.

If you are a BCS, MCS, or PhD student in Computer Science you qualify for free Microsoft software offered by the MSDNAA.

But first? I heard of this program years ago.
And many canadian universities are in this program
as well as hundreds of universities around the world.
Even quite a few universities in china.
 
Exactly! I don't know how they dare to claim to be the first university in Canada to offer that when OU has it already.
