Could you some of you stop asking me question through Private Messages?
Think about it, what's this board for?
Why not ask these good guys instead of stupid first year BSC student?
It might sounds offensive, but usually I don't like to help unless some ppl pay me for troubleshooting service.

Take some time search on google.com or email the software company. That's their programs, they do know what the heck is going on with their stuff.

I can do good work but I aint good guy.

I dont get it, ppl come from nowhere and they just ask me question.
after their problems got solved, they just disppear and I will never see them until they got another problem.

did those companies pay me for troubleshooting services?
