下栽的软件后缀是 .iso,如何执行和安装?

It's a CD image. Use a CD burning software such as Nero or EZ CD creator to burn it and then install. There are also program that you can use to extract all files from that ISO into your hard drive, so that you can install it without burning to CD first.
