打印机连接的问题[请求]

我新买了个打印机，但安装驱动的时候总是找不到打印机，
是用usb接口的，不知道是不是计算机哪里的设置有问题，
在朋友的电脑上把usb口一接上就自动探测到了，但我的
电脑上却不可以，曾经怀疑是usb口有问题，但我把U盘接上
同一个usb口却又能探测到，又不像是usb口坏了，到底是
那里出了问题呢？？
求救于各位高手了，谢谢！

Try to install the printer driver before connecting the printer to the USB port.
If the dirver is already installed, uninstall it from you computer first, unplug the usb cable and restart your computer. Then install it again.

检查你电脑的usb, usb驱动版本和打印机的usb版本是否一致

是不是和USB的版本有关系？也许你的机器对2.0支持不好？我猜的。
