How do I get the display picture of other on msn? I know it is downloaded to somewhere, but I can't find it.

are you talking about MSN Messager? if so try this Tool-Change display picture, one link located at bottom of the window

from msn messager from manual select Tools,then select Change display picture, a new window will open the download link is located at bottom of the new window.
