share apartment near OU (private bathroom)
Big and bright room with an independent bathroom in a two bedroom two bathroom apartment for rent, available from June 1 The apartment is beside a park and Rideau River where has a beautiful view. There are very nice neighbors in this apartment and only a few minutes walk to the University of Ottawa. The possible tenant must be clean and non-smoking nice mature female, no pets.

There is centre air-conditions in this building,a big closet in the room and hard wood floor.

The room is furnished withbed, night table, lamp,telephone, tea table and chairs. We only share the kitchen.(The two rooms are separated by living room ,kitchen. It has its own aisle to access bathroom and kitchen)
