This beautiful house has many bathrooms and a lot of space. The kids of the landlord have all left home after they grew up and the huge house is half empty.The location is near Churchil and Richmond (very trendy area) Road. Near Algonquin College and Carleton University!
Everything included: Utilities, telephone, hi-speed, cable ....She is asking for $400 and she can also provide food for an extra $200 monthly (She is a Chef). Her phone number is 725-2891 and her name is Minoo. She is also willing to rent for short periods of time.
