Question for Window XP expert

Question for Window XP expert,

I have a computer with window XP on it.
I don't know since when, after I restart my computer, the system always
resets my "Home page address"
(the first page) as a page I don't want. I tried several times to reset this
page as "Use Blank" in control panel "internet Options".
But every time after I restart my computer, system will automatically reset
this page to the one I don't want.
I guess window "start program" resets this page by using that page every
time when I restart my computer.
I just start to use window XP, I don't know which file I should change or
remove.
Does anyone know?
Thanks in advance!

Also "Use default" button, when I push it, there is another page I never
used will shows, how can I reset this place.
