[问题] interview 之前要生日，SIN #, DRIVER LICENSE # 正常吗?

申请一公司的工作，发了resume. 今天收到此公司email, 让添一个表，包括生日，SIN #，driver license #， 及居住历史. 说之后安排面试。 但在interview 之前，too much personal information, 正常吗?

No, it's NOT normal. You have the right to not disclose any personal information if you feel uncomfortable. In fact it's better to be careful with your personal information.

SIN number is only needed AFTER you are hired, it's used for taxation purpose only.
Driver's license is usally not needed unless required by the position.
Date of birth is NOT needed period.
