CD burner v. CD/RW[问题]

I want to buy a DELL Notebook, check DELL website, there is a promotion:

I have no idea what is the different between CD-RW and CD Burner, could anyone please give some clues. Thanks.

I just don't understand there is CD-RW in the Notebook, why they give you a free CD burner ?
