在岗一年零一月的光驱,骤然罢工,缘何???

吾有电脑一台,于去年4月请回,至今工作已1年有余.然,前日,忽罢工不劳,吾体察民意;于是将其卸下,好生沐浴之后,又生新疾.开机后,只能读取2分钟的碟片,换之则不认.吾苦思无方,乃来寻求众大虾之方,望不吝赐教!感激凌涕~!

Go to their web site, download the latest firmware and follow the instruction to update the firware.

First, sorry that I don't know how to type Chinese. But I fully know how to read.
Second, about the flashing process:
Open the cover of your machine.
Find out the label on your cd rom,record the maker and model number of it.
Go the google and type in "fireware+xxxx+yyyy", where xxxx is the maker and yyyy is the model number to find the latest firmware.
Download the firmware and follow their instruction to flash the firmware.
If you feel you are not familiar or no confidence with the process, find some friend to help you.
