You can buy a TOEFL score in Toronto or Hamilton, but one thing you should remember, if you are not quelified to pass the TOEFL test, you are not qualified to enter any universitiy in North America. This is not going to be a dangerous thing, you can have your photo ID'ed on the marking paper, and you just need to pay about $5000. Once Royal Canadian Mounted Police or FBI take you, you do not need to worry, only a couple of month in the penitantry, be forced back to China, and never returns. That's it.

another story, I know a girl who was from China too, and she asked another girl to do the same hell of thing like you are asking now. She applied McMaster University in Hamilton, and they found the scene what she did, they called the police and sent her to the court by crimination. She lost the case, went to jail, and returned back to China. This was a real strory about the damn person who are asking the damn thing.

无法理解……居然还真有人做这样的事……就算真的这样子混过去了但是英语始终是不过关，就算进了大学也不会学得好的，很有可能跟不上，有什么意义呢？而且还有被抓的可能性

中国人实际上可以说是只有你想不到的,没有你做不到的,所以他能想得出来,就肯定能有人满足他.唉.真实悲哀阿.这么上了大学有什么意义呢.到时候还不是被踢出来.
