OU undergraduate offer question.

I got an undergraduate offer from O.U. But they request me to take one full session of Intensive English program(12 weeks) at the cost of $3300. And ask me to take CanTest before register other courses.

Anybody had similar experices and how did you handle it?

Can I take TOEFL instead of CanTest, if I pass TOEFL, do I still have to take Intensvie English program?
