[求助]spyware/adware infected

[snoopy]

症状为browser频繁crash
速度变慢
很多文件感染。。。
不知道怎么办

i got it as continuous interruption
e.g. i went to a BBS and browse my threads...the browser automatically takes me to another site and i lost all the previous info....
really annoying one...
