求救，时常出现symentac的信息框，是中毒了嘛

我收到了两个朋友的email，我点开了，但附件都打不开
他们都说没有发过
现在总时常出现一个框框，说“收到信息1（1条）”，到100％就自动消失了
这是怎么回事！！！

靠~~我也是收到这样的东西,NND.还都是好朋友发的,过了一天一问,其实根本没发,肯定是病毒.我的机器也这样了,速度极慢,用NORTON也无济于事,看来这个东西真的很顽强.靠!!!有经验的朋友来帮帮忙啊`!!
