The easiest way is:
Go to your bios setup during POST. Change the CPU speed from 100Mhz to 105 or 107Mhz, then you get a slight speedup without any problem. If it's 133Mhz, change multiplier a little bit higher.
If you can't find those options, search on the internet for more information.
If your pc won't boot, clear the motherboard CMOS by shorting a jumper as stated in your manual.
Don't overclock more than 20% untill you are experienced, then there won't be much problem.
