[Help]How to recover from deleting records?

Hey all,

It's a MS Access problem. Some records have been delted from tables by mistake this morning.After that, the book was close. I just found the mistake. Could anyone tell me how to recover the database if possible?

it proves that MS Access can't backup at all....
what i did is re-entering the lost records and code sth. in VBA to prevent this kind of mistakes
