请问AICC System Server是怎么回事?

想远程登录下载点文件,结果提示
Unable to access the AICC System Server.
This course must be loaded from the system that contains the AICC System Server.
There was an error communicating with the host of Overview of Forms Free Teller System.

这个是什么意思?公司的计算机就可以下载,为什么我的计算机就不可以下载?按道理是可以在家里下载的呀?
