As you may have known, Computer Science Graduate Student Association (IGADI) and EE Graduate Student Association (EEGSA) have sent an email to invite all CS&EE graduate students to our first annual BBQ and Indoor Soccer Tournament event.
IGADI and EEGSA will provide a FREE T-Shirt for every member who will participate in this event.
PLEASE NOTE THAT:
To claim your T-shirt, you msut reply to the email you received and with your FULL name.
Again, an Indoor Soccer Tournament will be orginazed on the same day with BBQ. If you wish to participate, please register by sending email to ahamou@site.uottawa.ca including your name so that we can assign you to a team. If you have already formed your own team (5 people) so please have a representative send us an email with a list of all the players.
As a chinese Executive Committee of IGADI, it is my pleasure to assist all our chinese computer science graduate students. For those CS&EE graduate students who didn't receive the invitation email, please feel free to contact me cpeng@site.uottawa.ca with your FULL NAME and STUDENT # before Sep. 12 (including 12) so that I can put your name in the list.
