E盘突然不工作了

昨天安装一个SOFT中，E盘就不能拜访了。有懂行的请告诉，怎么操作？？？

Scan for virus first. If it fails, remove the SOFT you installed and reboot it.

E盘是什么盘?硬盘上的分区还是光盘还是其它什么移动存储设备?
