The pick up place is Kanata Town Center, at the bus 96 stop. Bus 96 is a very frequent bus.
Kanata Town Center is located at the intersection of Katimavik and Chimo. To drive there from the east, take Highway 417 Castlefrank exit (after March/Eagleson), go south on Castlefrank and turn left onto Katimavik. Kanata Town Center will be on your left.

I go to Toronto every Friday at 3PM, and come back to Ottawa every Monay at 6AM.
