VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
We are looking for individuals to participate in a research project on the role and importance of religion in the lives of second generation immigrant youth in Canada.
Participants should be between 18 and 26 years old and of Hindu, Muslim, or Buddhist background, but do not need to be practicing these traditions currently. Participants should have been born in Canada or have arrived in Canada at the age of 10 or less and should be the child of at least one immigrant parent to Canada.
This study does not seek to defend or favor any religious perspective including the traditions mentioned above. The study is a purely sociological study of the relationship between religion and second generation immigrant youth in Canada.
