我想签一个两室一厅的房子， 地点在Montreal Rd. 和bathgate 交界处，有两个选择，1） 中央空调，室内游泳池，桑拿房，健身馆，1.5 卫生间，包括水，电，热。但是比较贵。2）普通两居室。
