A1 Koichi, First Secretary of the Embassy of Japan, will speak on "Japan's Changing Political Equation". The talk will be followed by comments by Dr. Jacob Kovalio and a question period. Everyone is welcome to this free event which is sponsored by the Committee on Asian Studies. This is the first in the Japan Series at Carleton University.
