把你12分成6和6。
把其中的那个6分成3和3,另外那个6就不用分了。
把其中的那个3分成1和2,另外那个3就不用分了。
1.把1和2分别放到天平,把2个球的拿出一个。
*If the remaining balls on the libra are balance ->then the 2 ball on the libra are regular balls.Then take any of the 2 balanced ball out from either side of the libra, and put the ball you just took out and put it in any side of the libra. If the two ball balance then all three ball are regular balls. Procede to the next step...
*If the remaining balls are not balance->then one of the ball must be irregular.take a ball from any side of the libra and put the ball you just took out in the that side of the libra. If the libra balanced then, bingo! the ball no in the libra is the irrgular ball! If not balanced, then the ball initially in the libra is the the irrgular ball. Then STOP! You are done!
2.Put the 3 weighted balanced/regular balls into one side of the libra. and put the other 3 unweighted balls into another side.
*If the libra balanced, add the 6 ball together(they are balanced therefore all are regular balls) and then procede to the next step.....
*If not,take one ball out from the 3 weighted regular balls. take one ball out from the 3 unweighted balls. If the balls balanced then the ball you just took out from the 3 unweighted balls is the irrgular balls. STOP! you are done! If not balanced, put that ball back into that side of the libra and take another ball out, if balance, then the ball you just took out is the irrugular ball, if not...repeat the step, you will find the irrgular ball.
3. put the 6 weighted regular balls into one side of the libra. and put the other 6 unweighted balls into another side.-> The libra must be unbalanced by now.
Take one ball out from the 6 weighted regular balls.Take one ball out from the 6 unweighted balls. if libra balanced, Bingo! the one you just took out is the irrgular ball. If not balanced, put the ball back and took another out.....repeat the step. you will find the irregular ball. Finally!
