at least i have to pay the tax.
ALWAYS IT IS CHEAPER TO BUY A USED ONE, and i don't think there is anything wrong to use IT.
ON THE OTHER HAND, if somebody doesn't need it an longer such as going back to china or something else,
it would be better FOR THEM to sell it.
