想换电视，大家认为HDTV 和PLAZMA TV哪个更好啊？

我想买52”的电视，PLASMA(52“)$9000左右，有点承受不了。谁知道还有什么选择啊？

HDTV也分很多种，

720i
1080i

你可以和等离子对比来看，反正那个数值越高，说明东西越好

但是节目源是个很大的问题现在

HDTV 和 plasma？不懂这个是怎么分类的，Plasma也有支持HDTV的（不过，只能把HDTV信号降下来）。DLP的或许可以做到完全的HDTV？

CRT HDTV: too big and heavy. If you have big house, go for it.
PLASMA: short lifetime. If you are rich but house is samll, get this.
LCD: too dark. If you have eyes with good quality, live with this.

LCD is a good choice later 2005

It seems the LCD technology improved a lot in 2004.

The brightness can reach 500cd/m2, contrast is 600:1. The CRT is 1000:1, If you are not use it under sun shine, it should work great.

The seconds cons is the delay, the new LCD TV delay now is 15ms. Your eye can't feel it. BenQ already released 12ms LCD TV. The delay is not a problem anymore.

I think the future is LCD TV. It will happen in 2005. I beleive you can get a 32 in. LCD TV at less than 1500CAD next Christmas.
That's why Sony give up PLASMA and put their future on LCD too.

Now the leaders on LCD TV are Sharp and LG.
