应该能开，据说化油器里面有个电加热的小锅，就是为了对付结成了冰的汽油。

Gasonline does freeze up when temperature is low. Last winter, when temperature hit -40 degree for a consecutive two weeks, my car, after a car wash the previous night, the gasonline in gas intake pipe froze. I ended up having to take buses for a week, until the temperature got a bit higher, at which my car started again. At Canadian Tire, you can buy a gasonline anti-freazer and throw it in your tank after pumping gas. a small bottle of 150ml (can not recall clearly) for every two tanks of gas.
