A partitioned living room in a one-bedroom apartment in Lees Avenue is now available for rent.
The apartment is very close to UO, approximately 3 minutes by bus and 12 minutes on foot. The room is not furnished, yet very spacious ( 11'0"X 15'3" square feet) and bright.
Actually, the total rent for the apt is 850, I would rent this room out for 400/month (negociable), or you can pay $450 to take the bedroom, excluding hydro and water. The prospective roommate can share internet and telephone with me at extra price.
A male, quiet, non-smoking student is preferred.
