笔记本电脑无线上网

我买了路由器LINKSYS WIRELESS BROADBAND ROUTER.我有1 台PC 和1 台笔记本电脑. 现在DSL 连到ROUTER, PC 也连上ROUTER. 一路正常. 问题是TOSHIBE 笔记本电脑,有WIRELESS NETWORK ADAPTER (THEROS AR5001X)连不上ROUTER.听说设置完 ROUTER,有WIRELESS NETWORK ADAPTER 笔记本电脑自动检测和连接. 那位大侠指点一下. 不胜感谢.

你需要首先设置一下router的无限网络，要打开无限连接。其次在让你的本本去找无限信号。

1) Disable any firewall
1a) Disable WEP or WPA
1b) Disable MAC filtering
2) Check the access channel
3) Scan for available networks through the Wireless cards configuration software
4) Open a command prompt and use ipconfig release and renew to try and get a working IP

thanks. Now the connection is up. However I can not access the internet. Do you know what changes should be made since dial-up of the laptop has been changed to wireless in terms of settings? while I click the IE icon. The computer says the page is offline. Then instantly window of dial-up connection always pops up.
