I am living in Ottawa. I am using Ontario driver's licence and plate. I got a ticket while traveling in Montreal. It is about parking. Do I need to respond to it. If I plea of not guilty. Do I need to go to Montreal to attend the trial?
Please help me. Thank you very much in advance.

You have to respond to it in 30 days. Otherwise you will get another notice letter and you need to pay the ticket fine plus administration fees. If you plea of not guilty, you have to go to Montreal to attend the trial.
