sicne the couses r almost full now.u should fill out the appeal form for those sections, which u wanna switch to. but as i remember, the period is from Dec.15 to 16, i just checked the website, the form is not available for Winter2005 anymore, u might need to send a email to the business advisor Pam to get the answer about urs!~
