Trojan help........

people help me PLEASE...
my computer was attacked by Trojan yesterday.
does anybody have any idea of how am i going to clean my computer.
i tried to scan it and remove it for several times already, but dont work.

HOW DID YOU KNOW YOU WERE ATTACKED BY TROJAN?

well, i didnt really find out, my parents did.
one of the results is the IE doesnt work.
IE cant process no matter how times i click on the icon.
