Believe or not, it is only 17,000 km and it is verified by dealer since they check engine and transmission.It is hard to say "That's impossible". Everything will happen. Seeing is believing.

Here is the calculation:

Get gas: twice a month and 5 km each time: 5 x 2 x 12 x 9 = 1080 km
Oil change: 4 times a year and 5 km each time: 4 x 5 x 9 = 180 km.
Total: 1260 km. 1260 = 17,000? Have you ever learn math before?

Or maybe you will drive 50 km to fill gas and get oil change done each time.

You may be do this:
Gas: 50 x 2 x 12 x 9 = 10800
Oil change: 4 x 5 x 9 = 1800
Total: 12600 km.
