[问题] Question about MSN and Firewall

I have a soft firewall installed on my PC. Every time I am using MSN, I have to shut down this firewall, otherwise, there is no audio communication. Sometime my antivirus software alert the PC been infected by viruses from internet during using MSN. How can I use MSN and meanwhile turn the firewall on?
