昨天radioshack有个员工跟我扯蛋说rogers要免费升级5m到10m，真的假的？

very possible. I heard from my sales rep at Rogers Internet for business division that Rogers was planning to upgrade their Internet services, from 3->6, 4->8 and 5->10. Basically, double up what you currently have. :-D mind you, it was for business divison. But, I think they will do the same to residential services too.
