启动时自检查不到CDROM,要进入win后, RESTART 才找的到. [请求]

启动时电脑自检查不到CDROM,报CONFIGURE CHANGE. 要先进入WINDOWS后,再 RESTART 自检才找的到CDROM,之后进入WINDOWS 就可正常使用CDROM.
最近干的事:
1. update to the latest BIOS.
2. Install Linux in a dual boot mode. one hard disk for windows. The other for LINUX.

Anyone knows?

Yes. First time it won't show.
But after I restart the computer. It is there.
