We find Chinese-oversea students is because the convience such as using CFC.

想买房, 再出租其中几间的人, 千万要三思而行啊. 找人要化时间, 收房租要交税. 找中国人, 好的是不错, 如果不好, 麻烦可就大了(包括时间和精力). 千万别以为房客能帮你分摊多少费用. 往往是得不偿失. 所以, 最好是没钱就不买房, 买了房子就别出租, 实在不得已要出租, 也别出租给中国留学生 (包括一套房子与他人SHARE的, 做出租房生意的不在此内). 找当地学生容易的很. 只要到CU和OU贴贴广告, 很快就有很多人联系, 价格和条件双方都很容易满足.

我不会有楼主的烦恼, 因为我如果供房有困难就不买房, 买了房就不出租, 不指望让房客缓解自己的经济压力, 因为我知道那是有别的代价的.

租房期间只租拍蚊, , 不必和房东处个人关系, 事事依法,不必挨冻, 轻轻松松.

你现在一定比过去肯化钱了. 多化一点钱, 生活条件自然就好了嘛.

Besides, if you don't like them, you can let them go. It's your right.

Not that easy, they won't pay for their damage!

you know how hard a show-down and a confrontation with them is? I am not use to do that. I always trying to be a nice person.Guess, sometimes you just can't do!

There is one thing you must remember.
Even if you don't give students receipts. They still can claim their rental expenses. It is very easy for them to prove they rented rooms from you. Such as bank statements, cell phone bills, etc... And most students will claim the rental expenses and get tax credits because they don't have income.

So, if you don't want trouble, pay tax, enve if your tenants said they won't do that. You never know what they do in tax return. You never know what they do after they move out.

What CCRA cares are landlords, not students.

我猜想你一定是出了下面问题:
别说的客气, 让你多出5分钱你都不肯, 房东答应这么低的房租给你,你还天天和房东喊房租贵.

房东帮了你多少忙, 每周开车带你出去买东西, 经常请你吃饭, 你认为是应该的.

卫生问题属于个人习惯, 公共部分关"我"什么事. "我"不是付了房租了吗? 你以为女生干净, 现在不讲卫生, 好吃懒做的女生多的是了, 好男生也有不少.

另外,你一定是体特虚, 又舍不得买营养品, 甚至普通食品, 所以, 那HOUSE里就你特别怕冷. 又舍不得买被子(别瞎讲什么加盖2床被子,就是睡袋也可以抗0度左右), 那只好多穿衣服睡觉了.

你以为你以前的房东欢迎你住呀, 我相信, 人家不了解你, 以为你不错. 下次再去, 你说你愿意出加倍的房租, 房东一定不会再租给你.

原形毕露了吧? 您的良心看来也好不到哪里去. 还是别装样子了吧.

所以电费之类灵活性太大的东西是不应该包的, 哪怕房租降$20-30.

谁愿意呢? 我一个朋友愿意房租每月降$50以上, 水电气大家分摊,大家过得多舒服啊.可是没人愿意啊!

19-21C 是正常的,底了是房东的问题。高了就是房客的问题了。
