I downloaded a open source multi-platform C++ project recently. But it does not contain .mak file so I cannot open the project using Microsoft Visual Studio. The readme file says I can unzip the project in unix environment and run a batch file included in the project,then it will create a .mak file for me. Then I can copy the prject together with the .mak file to Windows environment.
