I have a two-bed room apartment at Bayshore area (41 Woodridge Cres.) for sublet, very convinent location, close to bus stop, shopping center, and parks. I am paying $900/month including underground parking. I only ask for $800/month (I will pay you cash for the difference). You can move in as early as March 8th ($500 for March). Move in date and rental fee are negotiable. The lease is up to the end of June, after that you can continue with a monthly lease with Minto or terminate the lease.
