There is one room of a townhouse for rent.It is located in Centralpoint area closing to Baseline bus station and Algonquin college.It takes about 10 minutes walking to bus station and Algonquin college.You can take bus 95 directly to Ottawa University and take bus 117 or 118 to Carlton University.
We have three bed rooms but only the owner( a couple)living here.You have your own washroom and bath room.We share kitchen and living room.We have hi speed internet,cable TV.You can share the workout facilities in basement to do your excercise in door.
You can move in any time because the room is empty now.The price is negotiable.This area is the best in Ottawa.You can walk to the nepean library and the nepean park in 2 minutes.If you take bus 118 you don't need to walk to the bus station because there is a stop neer my house( 1 minute walking).
