问个房租的问题

我跟我rm签到今年8月份,我已经把最后一个月的房租给过她了. 昨天要我把4,5,6,7的支票一次给她.支票上写每个月开头的日期,收款人是物业.她问我下半年还住不住,我当时说住,她要我把9月份和明年8月的也一起给她.我觉得这样是不是太急了啊?万一有什么问题我可以cancel check 吗?
 
yes, i have gave her last month deposit. but she still ask me to give her the cheque from apri to sept/.i said i can't decide now since it is earlier to decide if i will move or not. she told me then she will put the ad to let other come to see the apartment. i am really really angry now.
 
By law, you only need to give her one month advance notice before you are moving out. Tell her, you may take legal action (go to small claim court) if she doesn't obey the law.

By giving post-dated checks, you are losing the flexibility of moving out earlier. In case if you cancel your post-dated checks, you will be charged check cancellation fee (about $10/check) by your bank, and your lanlord may sue you of breaking lease that you appears to commit by giving post-dated checks. So be careful.
 
你的问题是涉及两个方面:
(1)如果你RM之间今年的sublease是到今年8月,那么你应该要住到今年8月,然后你可以选择继续住或搬走.你的rm不能硬性要求你一定要交给他dated check(写好抬头和日期的支票).但如果你并不打算今年8月之前搬家的话,你写date check给他对你没有任何损失,因为date check只能在你写的日期之后生效.但如果你认为你会在8月之前要搬走,那可能就是你违约在先了(我想你rm可能以前遇到过这种问题,而且你可以随时取消你的dated check,不同银行可能收取的费用不同),不管怎样,和他好好商量一下.
(2)今年9月和明年8月的现在给不合适,你如果定下来住,那么和他签sublease时再给.
