从4月3日起，夏令时开始，把表往后拨1个小时。如果之前是2点，现在就是3点了。
（新的时间比北京时间晚12小时，就是北京时间3日晚上8点，渥太华是3日早上8点）
This is a reminder to let you know that on Sunday, April 3rd, 2005, at 2:00 a.m., the time will change one hour ahead.
Be sure to change your clocks and watches one hour ahead.
