if you try to find a good real estate agent
there r 2 things very important
1.he/she is an honest agent
2.he/she has lots of experience

Last time when I was buying a house, I had an agent, she was honest and fare and had lot of experience. However, it turned out she worked for the seller. I got screwed. I should have signed the agency protection documents or whatever it is called.

Next time I would prefer a new agent but honest. I want to control the negociation. It's easy to be tricked by experienced agents sometimes you don't even know how. Just my thought.

for those bigger one only if u have couple years business experience(in the same field)they will accept u
